Pricing FAQ
How long are credits valid?
Prepaid credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Top up whenever you like — there's no monthly minimum and no subscription.
Is GST included in the per-order rate?
No. The ~₹0.20/order rate is exclusive of tax. GST at 18% is added on top, as required for Indian invoicing. Your invoice shows the base amount and GST separately.
Do credits pool across my accounts?
Yes. One credit pool covers all your seller accounts — Flipkart, Amazon Seller Flex, and Amazon EasyShip — with no per-account fees and no limit on how many you connect.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You get free trial credits to process real orders before you pay anything, and no card is required to start. The label cropper tool is also free forever.
Are credits refundable?
Prepaid credits are generally non-refundable once purchased, in line with standard practice for prepaid seller tools. If something goes wrong on our side, reach out — we handle genuine cases individually and fairly.
What payment methods can I use?
Top-ups are processed securely through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Omnihub never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
Does the rate really drop at scale?
Yes — higher monthly volume moves you to a lower per-order rate automatically. The slabs shown in the calculator are indicative; exact thresholds are confirmed at launch.
