Who we are
Omnihub ("we", "us") is a product of Laxmi Enterprises, India (GSTIN 07IFWPS9148C1ZK). Contact: guptayash369@gmail.com.
The short version
Omnihub is a local-first tool. It runs inside your own browser, using your own logged-in marketplace seller accounts, to help you process your orders and print shipping labels.
- Your marketplace login credentials and session cookies never leave your browser. We never receive, store, or transmit them.
- Your order and buyer data is processed on your own computer. It is stored locally (in your browser) and is not uploaded to Omnihub servers.
- The only data that reaches our servers is usage metering — a count of orders you processed, per marketplace, with no buyer names, addresses, or contact details.

Third-party label rendering (Labelary)
To turn a marketplace's raw printer format into a printable PDF, the extension sends the label content to Labelary (labelary.com), a label-rendering service. That label content includes the shipping address printed on the label. Labelary returns a PDF and, per their service, does not retain submitted labels. We send nothing else to Labelary and we do not store your labels on our servers. (We plan to move label rendering onto our own infrastructure as we scale, which will remove this third party.)
Payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay. Card/UPI details are handled by Razorpay under their privacy policy; Omnihub does not see or store your payment instrument details. We store payment records (amount, date, GST, invoice number) for accounting and tax compliance.
Why we collect what we collect
- Usage metering — to count billable orders and run your prepaid credit wallet. This is the only order-related data we receive, and it carries no buyer personal information.
- Account email/password — to authenticate you to the billing dashboard.
- Payment records — legal/tax obligation (GST invoicing at 18%).
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
- We do not use your data for any purpose other than providing Omnihub's order-processing, labelling, and billing features (Chrome Web Store "Limited Use" compliance).
- We do not inject affiliate links, coupons, or ads.
- We do not collect browsing history or activity outside the supported marketplace seller panels.
Data retention
- Local data (orders, labels, dimensions, history) stays on your device until you clear it, uninstall the extension, or the built-in history limit trims old batches. You control it.
- Metering records and payment/invoice records are retained as required for billing and Indian tax/accounting law.
- You can delete your Omnihub account and associated billing data by contacting guptayash369@gmail.com.
Security
- All communication with Omnihub services is over HTTPS.
- Extension pairing uses a revocable per-device token; you can revoke a device at any time from the dashboard.
Your rights
Contact guptayash369@gmail.com to access, correct, or delete your account data, or to ask any privacy question. For India DPDP compliance, we act on verified requests within a reasonable period.
Changes
We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the dashboard.
